Jerry's Deli Flanken, Harry's Deli Mashed Cauliflower

Last night my wife and I listened to the Jimmy Moore podcast on our lap top. What a trip! It's so odd hearing your voice like that.

The best part of this whole experience is that the love of my life thought it went well. Of all the things I could have hoped for, that was on the top on my list.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to listen to me ramble. I appreciate all your kind remarks, your support and your continued friendship. I hope I didn't bore you all too much.

Even if you didn't listen, I just want you to know that I won't keep bringing this up. It's just kind of a big event in my little pond. Starting tomorrow, the blog will get back to normal. I promise!

Oooh! Your interview is up. I'm excited. :) I'm going to save listening to the full thing for tomorrow during boring work hours. Congrats on the recognition Harry! Very cool!

It was wonderful to put a 'voice' with the words written here. Like I said in the forum, you sound so different than I imagined. Neither in a good or bad way...I think we just 'hear' different from the written word. Oh, I know I'm odd, but when I read books, I 'hear' the peoples voices. When I write, my characters have voices. Ok, I'm going to stop talking about this now 'cuz everyone will really think I'm nuts....teehee

You did a bang-up job though and it was so good to hear your story. Thanks for having the courage to share.

cheers-

Thanks for the encouragement, Sybil. :-)

I know what you mean about voices. Maybe it's because we both write?

I appreciate your kind feedback.

Your interview was fantastic. Not only did you share your story that will help others, but I got to know you a bit better. I loved your answer to Jiimy asking you why you went low carb? Because it made me feel good. It was a simple answer yet so wise. I love when people keep bringing research after research to prove thier point of view. They would go to such length to prove or refute a point. Nuts are bad, AS is horrible for you and so on. They bring anekdotal eveidence, rat studies, this study and that study and try to prove that one shirt may fit all. But you summoned it best " It made me feel good" Isnt it wise! If only more people listened to their bodies instead of all those genises with their facts and studies. I love a statement of wise man, dont remember who who said you are only truly free when you become independent of good opinion of other people. Our bodies are such individual entitis and our bopdies do know what makes them operate the optimum way. So if there is only one thing that one can take out is Listen to your body and see how you feel from eating certain way. Mr Harry, sorry cant even imagine calling you John, so Harry it is. You did fantastic, your humble and respectful ways shined through in this interview. You didnt have to be loud or insulting or prove this or that, you simply shared your story and your results speak louder than anything else. Keep it on my friend!

Many thanks, Vadim. :-)

I'm very happy to know that you liked it!

Heck, I was nervous enough trying to be me. I couldn't have tried to be anyone or anything else even if I wanted to. :-)

I shall keep on keeping on. I know you will too. Quitters we are not! Palm trees ... you betcha! :-)

J.P., you were indeed AMAZING! If only all of my podcast guests could be as calm and cool as you were. Makes my job MUCH easier. I'm so proud of you, buddy!

You're entirely too kind, Jimmy!

You pretty much did the undoable ... you made me feel "at home" in a medium that I had no experience with.

I really appreciated the fact that you took some pre-interview time to just "hang out" so that we could get to know each other (vocally-speaking). That really helped. :-)

BTW, I just started checking out your Twitter feed! How cool is that?! I'm glad you're doing that.

I'll keep checking back to see how Christine (and you) are doing at the hospital.

Thanks again for all that you do for so many of us. You are much appreciated! :-)
