157 Nachten en Dagen

Crispy Chicken Thighs and Garlic Broccoli

I'm battling my way back ... I even managed to go on a walk today. My wife coaxed me out of my lair. :-)

10:00 am

+ a large cup of black, organic coffee 

+ psyllium husk capsules 

1:00 pm

+ a leftover bison burger 

+ organic garlic broccoli

4:30 pm

+ Wowee Zowee Protein Shake version 3.0 - 3 scoops of True Whey (natural vanilla whey protein), 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Greens, 4 oz of purified water, 1 tsp of organic instant coffee, 1/4 tsp of Also Salt

+ 1 heaping tbsp of organic coconut oil 

7:30 pm (pictured above)

+ 2 oven roasted organic chicken thighs

+ leftover organic garlic broccoli

+ 1 heaping tbsp of organic coconut oil

Thanks, Oct! The chicken is so easy to make. I think I've also finally figured out how to get it just right - in terms of the meat being cooked perfectly and the skin staying nice and crispy. It took me long enough!

Thankfully my wife is safely back home with me! :-) My world just never feels quite right or complete when she's away.
