I wish I knew how and why I felt "up" this past Saturday. I had a good energy about me. I felt optimistic and downright happy. That's pretty unusual for me. Why then? I thought it might've been due to an extended work out last Friday. But this week I've been trying to replicate that same work out and I haven't benefited from a similar psychological perk. Hmmm.
Exercise Stats:65 minutes on the treadmill + a warm up and cool down walk to and from the gym. Distance: 3.73 miles. Speed: 3.o - 4.0. Incline: 3.0 - 4.5.
I finally brought my IPod to the gym and listened to one of Jimmy Moore's podcasts (with Dr. Volkov). That really made the experience much more interesting and productive. I think I'll do that from now on.
