Harry, I just love your menus. They show time after time that eating low carb doesn't have to be estemious, deprived food choices. You put the wowee in zowee dood!

You know Harry, not that I have everything figured out - cuz I don't...but I had a revelation one day, many years ago and believe it was God speaking to me through my internal voice.
I was suicidally depressed (not that you are anywhere near this!) and since that day, have been nowhere near anything like that level of depression since.
