Okay...gotta ask. Since I'm kinda new to your blog posts...what's with the different language titles? Your a man of mystery! LOL
I'm really doing well so far this week, thanks to you. It's really important ( I believe ) to know that what your doing *matters* in this world, big or small. Your making a difference, even when you don't think anyone is looking, Harry!
Have a great week!

Thanks, Gayle! You made my night! :-)

I'm so happy to know that I'm contributing (in however small of a way) to your success! I know that this whole LC menu blogging has certainly contributed to my progress.

I use Yahoo's Babelfish to help me translate my daily titles into other languages. I think it makes things a little more interesting. :-)

I hope you have a fantastic week as well. Now that I've discovered and favorited your blog ... I will certainly check in to see how things are going and root you on. It's fun to get your messages on Twitter as well. :-)

Thanks again for your kind words and support.

hey harry,

what is chococoffee? I keep seeing it in your daily menus, and did dig back in older posts for an answer, but I guess didn't go back far enough. :)

anything chocolate and coffee is fine by me, I gotta say. ;)

Good day, Ms. V. :-)

ChocoCoffee is basically a hot chocolate drink spiked with coffee for an added kick.

I just add some pure cocoa powder (2-3 tbsp), instant coffee (1 tsp) and a pinch of pure stevia to some hot water and mix it up.

You can add some heavy cream, half and half or coconut milk if you like a creamier and more mellow taste.

Without the cream, the taste is pretty intense - like a really concentrated dark chocolate bar. With the cream it's closer to a milk chocolate flavor.

Hi I just wanted to tell you my variation to your Jalapeno Poppers , it's so good I have trouble stopping at just a few . All I do is fill the pepper halves with cream cheese and wrap each pepper half in a piece of bacon then bake till the bacon is nice and crispy . 350 degrees for at least a half hour my sister bakes hers for almost an hour . Just keep an eye on them .

That sounds delicious, Winterkiss!

The combination of spiciness, creaminess and savoriness must make a perfect team.

That's the cool thing about this type of recipe ... you can make it in so many different ways. It keeps things interesting. :-)
