Thanks, Erika. :-)

I just basically add anything LC to the burgers that we like. The bacon, cheddar and tomato are classic accompaniments for burgers around here. The grilled shallots cook up really quickly and add an even better flavor than grilled onions, IMO.

The whole meal is really easy to make. I hope you'll try it out sometime and enjoy it!

Thanks, Pooti.

If you're even in the area we'd love to have you and Denny over for dinner. :-)

The new website is progressing pretty well. Thank you for asking.

Trying to grow a new website in a responsible manner is a rather slow process. But we're trying our best and we're seeing some signs that encourage us.

I too wish you, Denny and yours the very best of health and plenty of joy too. :-)
