I just wanted you to know, since I found your entry on the quitting-smoking thing... I have successfully quit cigarettes! It has been over 53 hours since my last cigarette and I know I've quit for good.

I've read a TON of literature on not smoking... but your really hit something inside of me.

Thanks so much!

Your wifes meals look great Harry!!!

Angie...wow congrats!!! I am a past smoker too (15 yrs...and quit 5 years ago kicking and screaming...I did not have an easy time...my hubby two years ago...it IS possible!!!)

I never thought in all those years that I could be happy without cigs but definitely am happy and not wanting them!

Nancy,

She's truly gifted in the kitchen and out! I kid that I can always taste the vitamin L(ove) in everything she cooks. :-)

Happy to hear that you and your hubby are no longer smoking. Good on you both!

Angie,

I'm confident that you won't ever go back! I'm a betting man and I'd bet on your resolve!

I do believe my lady will be updating things today or tomorrow.

Thanks for your support and continued success!

PS - Do you have a blog? I couldn't find it, if you do. My computer skills aren't stellar however.

Harry-

My blog is over at http://lowcarbdaily.blogspot.com

Thanks for asking!

I'm not sure why it won't show my blog when I click on my name... that is weird.

Happy fancy-eating!

I'll be by soon!

Now you're talkin', Anne. We can present each plate with a phooning pose. I like it.

A best seller is soon to be born! :-)
