+ homemade spicy chicken salad (ala Wifey)

+ roasted red peppers and grilled Halloumi cheese

6:00 pm

+ a cup of organic, instant coffee

7:30 pm

+ roasted pasilla peppers stuffed with feta and jack cheese

+ pork al pastor (Whole Foods Market)

+ homemade spicy guacamole
