11:45 am

+ an LC Peanut Butter Coconut Protein Shake

3:30 am

+ a cup of instant, organic coffee with a splash of organic half-and-half

+ 3 "no flour" sugar-free chocolate almond cookies ala Wifey

7:15 pm

+ a grilled salmon fillet and steam broccoli (at the local casino)

2:00 am (that's right 2:00 AM!)

+ 3 slices of thick sliced sopressata topped with Italian spinach dip (
Whole Foods Market)

+ an ounce or two of raw Comte cheese

Thanks, Erika. I was pretty well satisfied. I had a strange eating schedule today because we stayed out rather late. That can be trouble. But all-in-all, I think it worked out okay ... just different.

I'm not sure what's going on this weekend. We may be taking up golf. A friend of ours is quite a skilled golfer and she's offered to instruct us. :-)

How about you? Maybe you've already said on your blog. Need to come visit. ;-)
