Also Salt
6:30 pm
+ Leftover Bonanza - stuffed Pasilla pepper (w/feta and Jack cheese) and pork al pastor (Whole Foods Market)
+ 1 LC
Chocolate Walnut ala Wifey Cookie10:30 pm+ a few ounces of raw
Comte cheese+ a few thin slices of natural prosciutto
+ a leftover

Harry I have to tell you this ... you've inspired me to pick the organic choice if one is available.
I'm also trying to find a source for grass fed organic beef close by ~ it's proving difficult. I may have to drive 2-3 hrs out of town to do so but I can buy in bulk.
I also bought myself some stevia.
I just wanted you to know that you do have an impact with your choices.
