+ a large handful of raw, organic almonds

+ a cup of organic instant coffee (black)

8:30 pm

+ Italian spinach dip and 2 small organic Roma tomatoes

+ a few ounces of raw Cantal cheese

+ 1 1/2 turkey burgers (leftovers)

11:30 pm

+ a cup of LC Hot Cocoa

I love raw almonds! Wow lots of liquid.... I think the body can do great things when it lacks stuff to digest.

When I first tasted a raw almond, I thought "yuck..." but actually, I love them so much I have to watch my portion control! By the way, it took approximately one pound to change my views on them.

The raw ones just seem so meaty.

I've really learned to enjoy them too, Angie. :-)

Tastes change as your diet changes, I do believe. My likes and dislikes are considerably different than they used to be.
