It's super simple (and easily modifiable).
I put a 2-3 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder, a teaspoon of instant coffee and 2 packets of stevia and a pinch of salt (I use Also Salt - a sodium-free salt substitute) into a cup. I add hot water and stir. That's it!
The taste is pretty strong. To make it milder, you could add some heavy cream, half-and-half or coconut milk to the mix. Any cream/milk or milk substitute should work just fine.
You could also decrease the amount of cocoa to mellow it out.
An alternate version I sometimes make is to omit the coffee and I add some coconut milk. I call that my HotvChocoCoco. :-)
