D-Day part two. My second trip to the dentist.

It rained for most of today. Even when it stopped, it was cold, dark and gloomy. In other words, it was the perfect type of day to break out the slow-cooker. :)

Hope the dentist wasn't too hard on you.
BTW, you made me Laugh out loud at your experience with the chi-gong. I've never tried it but can imagine. :)

Keep up the good work Harry!

Hi Harry!

Wow I'd be so hungry with only those two protein shakes I'd want to rip someone's face off! LOL!

How are ya doin on it hon?

Thanks, NewVision.

The dentist appt. wasn't horrible. It's just a good incentive to take better care of my chompers!

I'm happy I made you laugh. :) I managed a hearty laugh out of my wife as well. That's a great feeling ... making someone laugh.

Howdy, pooti!

I'm a bit hungry but I've been rushing around so much that it hasn't really sunken in yet.

We have a wonderful dinner waiting for us in the crock pot. I'll post an image and description of it later tonight. That'll make up for what I missed out on earlier today.

I hope all is well with you and your family. I'll be dropping by your fantastic blog soon to check in.

You both be well! :)

Harry, how does Also Salt taste like? Is it a combination of salt and pottasium? I might need to buy i because of water loss. LAst night i drank ton of water and was in the bathroom every 10 min or so. I did put some sea salt into my water and I do take potassium and magnesium tablets, but still I think I might benefit from additional supplementation. I cant find Also Salt in stores here anywhere! Where do you get it?

Good day, Vadim.

Also Salt does taste like salt - when applied to food. It's the best tasting salt-substitute I've ever tried.

I ordered the product through the manufacturer's web site. For starters, I ordered the "free sample". I think they send you 20 packets for $1 (for shipping). I opted for this deal to see if I'd like it or not.

Also Salt contains no sodium. It's a combination of potassium chloride and lysine.

AS is better tasting than just pure potassium chloride. I don't really care for the latter.

If you'd rather get your potassium from food sources ... don't forget about avocados. They're richer in potassium than bananas!

If you try it, let me know what you think of it, Mr. V. :)

Good luck with Day 2!
