Hey Harry! I just ordered cocnut oil, finally! How does it taste, i ordered the one you have. Is it really nasty tasting? I know some people think butter tastes nasty by itself but I like it. What is the taste like? And those pictures look so damn neat, organized and yammy!

Howdy, Vadim.

I don't mind the taste at all. The brand I use (Nutiva - Organic, Extra Virgin CO) tastes very coconutty. Which is fine by me. :)

The texture is kind of unusual. But, I actually prefer taking it by the spoonful rather than adding it to "choco-coffee".

Thanks for commenting on the pics! I know one day you'll post some too. And, I'll look forward to that day to see some of yours and your mom's culinary creations!

Hope you have a splendid day, my friend! May you be tickled by your inner-child and sway like a palm tree in the breeze of life. :)

What can I say? You type some pretty memorable things, Vadim. :)

Thanks, Sadekat. It's so easy to make.

Tonight, I was muli-tasking (something I'm not good at). In the oven, I was cooking the bangers. On the stove, I was sauteing garlic-broccoli and making a batch of mashed cauliflower! All that while I was writing an article for my new job and trying to take pictures of the passing boat parade!

Do I know how to party on a Saturday night or what? Talk about a party animal! :)

Delicious! That's a good day of eating I say :)

Rock on Harry!

A multi-tasking party animal, it sounds like! That's cool that you can see the parade from your place. I went to a parade last night and was somewhat envious of the folks with homes along the parade route who were having parties and watching from the balcony.

Bangers and mash looks really good! I am impressed with your skills in the kitchen. At least one of those things would have been burnt had it been me doing all that. :)

Thanks, Erika and Sadekat!

Howdy, Solshine.

I'm really a novice/menace in the kitchen. :) But, I do my best and I'm learning. It's all part of my transformation.

Practice makes perfect ... er, not so dangerous! ;)
