Thanks for the lavendar, Harry! I'm determined to RELAX and ENJOY today, Christmas Eve, and tomorrow and the days following. I tend toward anxiety very much. I'm stopping that-it's no fun!! ha.
And thanks for more ideas for the "sandwich" problem all low carbers have to contend with. Merry Christmas!

Harry, I have been craving to try your morning cocoa drink. I will call it Harry's morning picker upper! Today i am going for it. i will mix two tablesppon of organic coca with 1 teaspoon of instant cofee with water and one packet of splenda. I may add a bit of sea salt and Devinchi syrup. I am excited, will let you know how it goes! And try not to go crazy with Holiday preparation, its supposed to be ralaxinf times! That lavender oil sounds like a good idea. I need to find a girlfriend soonere than later, too lazy to do those things for myself!

Merry Christmas to you and yours too, Lynn. :)

I tend to be on the anxious-side myself ... unfortunately. Let's add that to our list of things to overcome, eh? That's what New Year's resolutions are for!

Mr. V! I sure hope you enjoy the choco-madness!

I believe I lifted the lavender idea from Sadekat and/or Sybil? I used to use it in the past but had run out. I figured this would be a good time to try it again.

I'm sure a new (and hopefully improved?) girlfriend is in your future. The beautiful thing about trying to improve ourselves is that it generally helps us to attract positive people into our lives. Just like this challenge has done!

The healthier you are, in all areas of your life, the healthier type of people you'll attract. At least, that's one theory!

Merry Christmas, Mr. V. I wish you all the best over the holidays and far beyond!
