Awesome, Harry! Down is always good and you totally kicked butt in how you handled the Christmas party.

Bowling is great exercise - lunges with weights, basically. Last time I went bowling my butt and thighs hurt for days. I should do that more often. *grin*

I am also now craving prosciutto and avocado, thank you very much. :)

Harry i know it might sound crazy, but every time I have a sad attack I try tio bring a kid in me, and it always works at least most of the time. I pretend that I have a little kid tickling me on my ribs and that little kid keeps lauphing every time he does it. Just close your eyes and pretedn that a little kid that you once were is back and trying to cheer you up. If you remove your ego all thats left is nothing but pure love. so when you are down next time, remember to close your eyes and pretend that a little kid is ticling you all over and lauphing hysterically. It is kind of infectious. At least give it a try! lauphterr is a great way to deal with stress. Stress hates lauphter, kick its butt!

Thanks, Solshine!

I didn't end up sore from the bowling. But I am a little stiff from yesterday's treadmill session.

Vadim!

Thanks for the upbeat, unorthodox suggestion. I agree that laughter is great for you.

Thanks, NewVision! I appreciate your support!

A pound is great!

I remember hearing "any loss is a good loss" over and over again years ago and tryyyyying to convince myself of it... but it never worked.

Now, I absolutely know what it means - it's all about bettering yourself and not about pleasing a device.

Which point in belief are you at?

Thanks, Erika. :)

I'm not too hung up on the numbers. I just want to keep on eating well and improving my lifestyle. If I can do that, I think the numbers will cooperate. If not, then I'll make some adjustments - like Jimmy's done.
