hmm, pudding? I will have try that!
Oh I made hamburgers tonight as well! Must be something in the air :)
So what makes your hamburgers "cow boy"???
I will have to look for coconut butter next time I'm at Nature's Market. Your pudding recipe sounds very good.
cowboy burgers- one of my FAVORITES!!!
Can't argue with a cowboy burger!
Have you ever tried to make it with almond butter?
The only difference between the pudding and the shake is how much water I add, Nancy. Still, the sensation of pudding sometimes makes it more enjoyable, IMO. :-)
I hope you enjoy it too, if you try it!
Erika,
Indeed, something in the air.
Cowboy burger have bits of bacon, cheddar cheese and jalapeno pepper add to the patties.
Pretty tasty, if you ask me. ;-)
Thanks, Oct.
The taste of the coconut butter is quite delicious - even on it's own. Good stuff, I think.
Me too, Katey. :-)
I love all kinds of burgers. Another favorite (also from Whole Foods Market) is their dark meat turkey burgers with blue cheese. It may sound odd but man oh man is it good.
You got that right, sister Angie. :-)
Vadim,
I haven't tried it with almond butter yet. But I'm sure it would work out just fine. I would guess that virtually any nut or seed butter would be a winner.
Please let me know what you think, if you try it out.
