+ a strong cup of organic white tea (3 tea bags worth)

+ leftover grilled Alaskan salmon fillets and homemade Parmigiano-Reggiano cauliflower mash
+ a few thin slices of natural prosciutto

Glad to hear you're on the improve. Rough patches are no fun. Especially when they come on and you're not even sure what the straw to break the camel's back was! Did you find that too?

I think I'm in a constant battle against certain genetic traits and perhaps some "demons" from my childhood.
I battle for long periods of time. But eventually my mind needs a break. It's as though I need to feel those dark periods before I can continue on with the fight.
I can usually identify one or more triggers. Unfortunately, they're usually just everyday things that generally can't be avoided.
Hope you're on the mend as well. :-)
