Wow, that's a lot of shakes. They sure do sound tasty though.

When I first got braces, I ate some blueberries.
I had a purple tongue AND teeth!
For days, mind you.

Have a great holiday weekend, Harry and Mad!

All these shake recipes look sooo good. I always wait until I get too hungry to eat a shake... like, I know it won't suffice... I need to drink one in the morning... The days that I did that, I really noticed myself being more "satisfied" easier if that makes sense. My bad habit is waiting until I get so hungry then I eat like my whole kitchen.

I tend to go shake crazy in during the dog days of summer, Tiffany. :-)

They are tasty though!

Anne,

I've always believed that the world would be a better if there were more purple teeth and tongues. :-)

I can relate to that, Angie.

The cool thing about these shakes is that (IMO) they really are filling. Maybe because they're rich in all the necessarily hunger-busters (fat, protein and fiber).

Mad showed me Meg's signed pic yesterday. It should be on it's way. :-)

I need to shake things up around here.
I've been *bad* ... oh so very bad :(
Shake days are nice and easy on the tummy and also the mind I find. There's no thinking involved ...

It's our pleasure, Angie! :-)

Hope you and yours have a fantastic weekend as well!

I like "easy" aspect of shakes too, Fit.

I hope you're getting back to where you want to be. I'll be checking in and rooting you on very soon!
