are you still as hungry as after the first alt-fast day or has it tamed down?

Thanks, Anne!

Today is officially leftover day. I was planning on having something more breakfasty but ultimately decided on the tri-tip and Brussels sprouts because they needed to be eaten. Delicious though!

It would be cool to have you as a neighbor. :-)

Oct,

I hardly notice the hunger. Sometimes I feel a few pangs but they're manageable - especially if I have some herbal tea.

The one exception is before going to be. When I'm lying in bed trying to fall asleep, the hunger is more obvious. But it's not too bad and I usually fall asleep pretty fast. So the sensation doesn't last very long.

All in all, I'm really not struggling with ADF at present. We'll see how I feel in the coming weeks and months. So far, so good.

Harry, how long are you planning on staying the course? Is it more like an experiment or a long term plan for now? Is there any time frame?

Vadim,

At least 3 months. I plan to have blood tests done around that time frame to see what changes have occurred. However, I may just make this an overall lifestyle change. There appear to be so many benefits to ADF. Why not? It's actually a very natural process. Much more so than eating three meals a day. :-)
