7:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
10:00 PM - an organic cup of organic chamomile tea

What do you know or teach about "raw" milk?
This is from sweet Jersey and Guernsey cows.
They lack (or have) an enzyme that
makes the milk more digestible.
Like goat milk!

If you can be assured that the source is "clean" and tested regularly, I think it's preferable.
