Leg of Lamb on a Bed of Mashed Cauliflower So I went on my walk today but I did things a little differently. I treadmilled for 60 minutes and 60 seconds (or 61 minutes, if you like) instead of my usual 45/45 time. I wanted to shake things up a bit. I think mixing up my exercise routine might ultimately make for a better work out and help it not to seem so boring.
Here are my work out stats: Time: 60 minutes, 60 seconds.
Incline: 3.5-4.0. Speed: 3.5-4.0.
Distance: 3.56 miles.
Warm up and cool down: walking to and from the gym.
9:45 am+ a shot of organic espresso
11:45 am+
The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 2 oz of
organic heavy cream, 2 oz of organic coconut milk, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of
natural vanilla whey protein powder, 2 scoops of
Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, a pinch of
pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of
Also Salt)
3:45 pm+ thick sliced natural salami
+ a small, organic tomato - sliced and topped with organic sour cream and raw
Val D'Aosta Fontina Alp 100 cheese
5:15 pm+ a shot of organic espresso
7:30 pm (pictured above)+
Whole Foods Market leg of lamb
+ homemade mashed cauliflower
More to come ... I hope!

Change-ups are fun. Grats on the great workout!!
I haven't gotten to the point where I consider working out "fun" (yet?). :-)
I'm right there with you on that one Harry, I've really tried to make exercise a positive thing, but I'm still working on it.
It's so nice to be back...
Happy to see you back, Jo!
Technology ... can't live with it, can't get online without it! :-)
