Bacon Jack Burgers w/Garlic Broccoli Fries I'm late with the commentary again. Sorry about that! I did work out today. Each time I exercise, I try to push myself in one way or another. Today that entailed increasing my incline up to 4.0. I try to use good sense however. The last thing I want to do is hurt myself. I also have to keep in mind that I've been out of shape for a long while. The fact that I'm sticking to a consistent work out routine is the most important thing, I think.
Dinner was late tonight. But man oh man did it turn out well. Very satisfying.
Exercise stats: Time: 45 minutes and 45 seconds. Incline: 3.0 - 4.0. Speed: Mostly 3.5 - 4.0. Distance: 2.83 miles. Warm up and cool down: Walking to and from the gym.

Yes, we try to use organics when they're available and not too much more expensive! :-)
