It was supposed to spice it up bedroom majic and make us bond closer. Let me tell you something, your experience with Tai Ching or whatever its called was child's game compared to mine. I did bind that night, alright, but it was my head bonding hard with the headrest of my bed. And that bonding still hurts, forget about how I looked. And unfrotunately i wasnt alone! so it could always be worst my friend! I should do a post on that memory, it was actually very funny! I think my goal weight is probably somewhere around 180 - 190. <BR/><BR/>I'm about 230 lbs and around 5'11.<BR/><BR/>Exercise-wise, I've been pretty sporadic. I should be doing more. I do occasionally walk on a treadmill. I pump my arms to get a better workout and in order to look even more ridiculous than I otherwise would. :)<BR/><BR/>I did some Chi-Gong earlier today. I recently got a DVD that provides some guided instruction on how to do that. I thought it might be good for relieving some stress. <BR/><BR/>I don't currently do any weight training. I did some a long time ago.
