But, half-and-half will also work well and taste delicious, IMO.Harry/JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259374954499772933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-70906885721464249922008-12-09T19:10:00.000-08:002008-12-09T19:10:00.000-08:00What is 'pure cocoa powder' vs the regular one ? I just made a variation of that today using ground lamb meat as a protein source.

It might sound odd? but I really enjoyed it.Harry/JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259374954499772933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-45992291518040887242008-12-09T17:04:00.000-08:002008-12-09T17:04:00.000-08:00Thanks for the tea tips, Sybil. :)I think you've g...Thanks for the tea tips, Sybil. :)

I think you've got a really cool blog. I think they're a real winner - especially with some creamy cauliflower mash.

I make my hot cocoa very simply. I just put two tablespoons of pure cocoa powder in a cup, add hot water and sweetener (stevia in my household) and then I had some cream to it.

You can also add a little vanilla extract or peppermint extract if you want to experiment with the flavor. Another pleasant addition is coconut milk. Really yummy, in my opinion.Harry/JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259374954499772933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-83001334416952567422008-12-09T15:51:00.000-08:002008-12-09T15:51:00.000-08:00beef short ribs sound GOOD !Do you have a lo carb ...beef short ribs sound GOOD !

Do you have a lo carb recipe for hot cocoa ? thanks !bayoubabehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03425932497600866319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-79013176731510592962008-12-09T14:55:00.000-08:002008-12-09T14:55:00.000-08:00You really eat some good food... lots of ideas on ...You really eat some good food... lots of ideas on the Harry house!!

Oh... thanks for being my first follower!SunshinyDayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08931124154226629512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-48386727978400996592008-12-09T07:12:00.000-08:002008-12-09T07:12:00.000-08:00That looks like a great day! That looks like a great day!~Octhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04424560774343634505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-50207323751079387002008-12-09T02:26:00.000-08:002008-12-09T02:26:00.000-08:00Hi Harry,Thanks so much for the burrito-in-a-bowl ...Hi Harry,

Thanks so much for the burrito-in-a-bowl recipe. I also sometimes use Camomile & Peppermint together with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Our lemons are about done with for the season but I've found sometimes I just put hot water over a fresh sliced lemon and that better than any tea combo.

Cheers-Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
