My Coconut Oil of Choice
I'm experimenting with making zucchini fries this evening. I picked up a few In-n-Out burgers for dinner and I noticed that I had one lonely zucchini left on the kitchen counter. That's what prompted my culinary inspiration.
I like doctoring up burgers with avocado slices as well. It makes the meal more interesting and healthier as well, IMO.
I'll let you all know how the LC fries turned out later. They smell good. I can tell you that much! :-)
Update: The fries were a little too fried. I think I cooked them for slightly too long. Oh well. At least the apartment didn't burn down! :-)
+ The New Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 2 oz of organic heavy cream, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Orac Energy Greens, 1 tsp of organic instant coffee, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)
+ leftover shrimp with sauteed spinach and onions
+ a tbsp. of organic coconut oil
+ a shot of organic espresso
+ an In-n-Out 3x3 - three hamburger patties, three slices of cheese, grilled onions and two slices of tomato
+ 3/4 of an organic avocado
+ zucchini fries
